Each entry fee will provide a turkey to a family in need over Thanksgiving.
All proceeds from the Turkey Trot benefit the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank.

The natural fullness of humanity comes from social and intellectual life. Not only do we need air, food, water, clothing and shelter; we also need companionship and mental stimulation.

Waiver: In consideration of acceptance of the entry, I hereby waive any and all claims for myself and my heirs against the sponsors of Turkey Trot 5K, the Omicron of Beta Theta Pi, Beta Theta Pi General Fraternity, the University of Virginia and each of the officers, employees and/or individuals associated with these organizations, for injury or illness which may directly or indirectly result from my participation and I further agree to save and hold said parties harmless and agree to indemnify each of said persons against all liability for any loss, costs, injury, or damage to persons or property which may arise by virtue of the undersigned engaging in the event. I further state that I am in proper physical condition to participate in this event and am participating of my own volition. Sponsors and organizers reserve the right to postpone, cancel, or modify the event due to weather conditions or any other factors beyond the control of the sponsors and organizers that might affect the health and safety of the participants.

In-Person Registrations and Packet Pickup:
November 5-7, from 10am-3pm at our table on the Lawn,
Saturday November 15, 8-9:30am at Newcomb Square before the race


Directions and Parking:
Parking is available at the Emmet St. Parking garage. Newcomb plaza is accessible from the 4th floor of the garage.

Prizes:
Every runner will receive a goody bag. Top finishers in the race will receive grab bag prizes.
